Recommendation: That the City Council review, discuss, and provide direction on the draft biennial budget.
Finance Director Hendrickson reviewed the information provided in the staff report and responded to Council Member requests for additional information.
City Manager Hildenbrand provided comments on the special meeting item.
Interim Community Services Director Gannon responded to Council Member requests for additional information.
City Clerk Lee responded to Council Member requests for additional information.
Assistant City Manager Ames responded to Council Member requests for additional information.
