The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. by Mayor Sweeney.

Recommendation: That the City Council review, discuss, and provide direction on the draft biennial budget.
Finance Director Hendrickson reviewed the information provided in the staff report and responded to Council Member requests for additional information.

2 Mayor Sweeney recessed the meeting at 5:02 p.m. and reconvened the meeting at 5:09 p.m.

There being no further business before the City Council at this session, Mayor Sweeney declared the meeting adjourned at 5:49 p.m.
