Call to Order
Council Member Pezold joined the meeting via teleconference (pursuant to Government Code Section 54953(b)). Council Member Pezold confirmed that there were no members of the public at the teleconference location that wished to provide a public comment at the meeting.
The meeting was called to order at 7:01 p.m. by Mayor Sweeney.
