NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Laguna Hills, California, will be held on the 25th day of June 2025, at 11:00 a.m., in the City Council Chamber, located at 24035 El Toro Road, Laguna Hills, California, for the purpose of considering the following:

Recommendation: That the City Council receive governance and strategic planning training in open session, facilitated by Jacob Green and Associates, Inc. (JGA), to discuss governance best practice and to begin the process of building alignment around the City Council's long-term vision.
