Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. by Mayor Sweeney.

There were no public comments on the special meeting item before the presentations. 1 Review and Selection of Proposed Park Designs for Cabot Park, El Conejo Park, MacKenzie Park, San Remo Park, and Veeh Ranch Park, CIP 241 Recommendation: That the City Council approve City staff's recommended list of proposed renovations for Cabot Park, El Conejo Park, MacKenzie Park, San Remo Park, and Veeh Ranch Park, and authorize City staff to proceed with developing final design plans and specifications.
Interim City Manager Ames reviewed the information provided in the staff report, provided a PowerPoint presentation, and responded to Council Member requests for additional information.
Andy Stein, Associate Landscape Architect, RJM Design Group, Inc. provided a PowerPoint presentation on Cabot Park and responded to Council Member requests for additional information.
Parks Supervisor Hanley responded to Council Member requests for additional information.
Bryant Avalos, Studio Manager, David Volz Design Landscape Architects, Inc. provided a PowerPoint presentation on El Conejo Park and responded to Council Member requests for additional information.

A motion to approve staff's recommendation and direct staff to research the feasibility of the addition of bathroom facilities was moved by Mayor Sweeney, seconded by Mayor Pro Tempore Caskey.
