Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Laguna Hills, California, will be held on the 7th day of November 2025, at 3:00 p.m., in the City Council Chamber, located at 24035 El Toro Road, Laguna Hills, California, with, pursuant to Government Code Section 54953(b), Mayor Pro Tempore Caskey participating via teleconference location: Oceania Regatta Cruise Ship, Room 6067 and Council Member Pezold participating via teleconference location: 25172 Buckskin Drive, Laguna Hills, CA, for the purpose of considering the following:
