1 Laguna Hills Planning and Economic Development-Opening a New Chapter Recommendation: That the City Council conduct a workshop to provide direction to staff to prepare an economic development plan and to establish an economic development task force to promote business growth and community vitality within the City of Laguna Hills.

Council Member Sweeney left the meeting at 5:37 p.m.
