1 City of Laguna Hills 4th of July Celebration Planning Recommendation: That the City Council conduct a workshop to provide direction to staff regarding the annual 4th of July Celebration and potential event enhancements in recognition of the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
