WELCOME TO THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL.
Any person wishing to address the Ci ty Co uncil will need to complete and present a gold-colored, “Request to Speak ” form to the Management Assistant at the meeting.
Forms are available on the counter located inside the Council Chambers . The time limit will be established by the Mayor. T o allow equal time for speakers, minutes may not be given to another s peaker. If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may have another person read your written statement. The City Council may establish a time limit on all public comments of not less than one half hour.

Recommendation
Staff recommends that the City Council receive the proposed budget, direct staff to make any adjustments and schedule the final budget presentation for the June 7, 2022 City Council meeting.
