Any person wishing to address the City Council regarding items listed on the agenda are asked to complete a gold-colored “Request to Speak” form and submit it to the City Clerk.
To be provided to the City Council prior to the meeting, written comments or documents must be received by 9:00 a.m. on the day of the City Council meeting and will be available for public review at the meeting.
All written material distributed to a majority of the City Council after the original agenda packet is available for public inspection in the City Clerk's office, located at 30111 Crown Valley Parkway, Laguna Niguel, during normal business hours.
