Subject: Agreement with M & M Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & Heating for Citywide Facilities Repairs & Services
Recommendation
Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Contractor Services Agreement for On- Call Services with M & M Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & Heating for Citywide Facilities Repairs and Services in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00 per Fiscal Year for a term of three (3) years in such final form as approved by the City Attorney and authorize the City Manager to execute change orders not to exceed a 10% contingency of $1,000.00 for unanticipated costs.
Background
M & M Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & Heating has provided services to the City of Lake Elsinore for the past year. The benefits of these Contractor Services include the following numerous advantages:

Discussion
Staff would like to continue with the much-needed maintenance and repair services for Citywide Facilities. This Agreement is necessary for refrigeration, air conditioning, and heating due to the nature of their services and the potential for emergencies, as these systems are vital for maintaining comfortable and functional environments.
Fiscal Impact
Funds are available in the City’s Fiscal Year 23/24 Annual Operating Budget.
