Subject: Agreement with Top Service Plumbing Co. Inc. for Citywide Plumbing Services
Recommendation
Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Contractor Services Agreement for On- Call Services with Top Service Plumbing for Citywide Plumbing Services in an amount not to exceed $20,000 per Fiscal Year for a term of three (3) years in such final form as approved by the City Attorney and authorize the City Manager to execute change orders not to exceed a 10% contingency of $2,000.00 for unanticipated costs.
Background
Top Service Plumbing Co. is local and has provided services to the City of Lake Elsinore for the past two years. Top Service Plumbing Services aims to provide expert plumbing solutions, including repairs, installations, maintenance, and emergency assistance, to ensure plumbing systems' functionality, safety, and convenience.
Discussion
Staff would like to continue with the much-needed services as they strive to provide timely service, ensuring that all plumbing issues are addressed quickly and effectively, minimizing any inconvenience or disruptions. Their expertise and quality workmanship ensure that plumbing problems are fixed the first time correctly, reducing the need for frequent repairs or replacements.
Fiscal Impact
Funds are available in the City's Fiscal Year 23/24 Operating Budget.
