RE: City Council Visioning Workshop/Study Session
Study Session Purpose and Approach
The City of Lake Elsinore recently launched the General Plan update program. As part of the engagement process, the project team is hosting up to five City Council study sessions to identify and discuss issues, proposed plans, and other subjects at key points during the planning process. The first study session, scheduled for December 12, 2023, explores what the City Council members envision for Lake Elsinore’s future. The session will be in a workshop format meaning that you will be seated around a table with aerial maps, markers, and other “tools” on the table for their use to respond to questions about current conditions, challenges, and opportunities facing Lake Elsinore. While we are asking you to prepare for the meeting by responding and submitting the workshop questions posed in this memorandum, your response can be “top of mind” for us to explore further at the workshop.
