The Special Meeting of the City Council was called to order at 5:03 p.m.

There were no speakers.
BUSINESS ITEM
1) General Plan Update
Discuss and provide direction to staff regarding the General Plan Update.
Assistant Community Development Director Abraham introduced MIG Consulting staff who began the discussion.
Mayor Pro Tem Manos arrived at 5:29 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
The Lake Elsinore City Council adjourned at 6:01 p.m. to the next Regular meeting of Tuesday, December 12, 2023 in the Cultural Center located at 183 N. Main Street. Closed Session will commence at 6:00 p.m. and the regular Open Session business meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m.
