Scope of Work
1. Tear off roof down to sheathing and haul away.
2. lnstall new 2" secure shield class 'A' iso insulation over wood deck and mechanically fasten.
3. lnstall Versi-Weld 60 mill PVC and mechanically fasten over the 2" secure shield.
4. lnstall 60 Mi! PVG over parapet walls including stucco wall.
5. Re-use existing coping metal.
6. All seams and Iaps will be heat welded.
7. lnstall prefabricated pipe boots at all roof penetrations.
8. lnstall Tru power pipe supports for pipes as needed.
9. lnstall prefabricated corners at all intersecting corners. l0.lnstall T-joint covers at all intersecting laps on the field membrane. 11 .20 Year Material Warranty.
12.20 Year Labor Warranty.
13.NDL warranty is included.
General Exclusions
o All work that is not specifically included in the scope of work is excluded including but not limited to new roof drains, ctad coated edge metal, plywood on the walls or in excess of what is stated in the scope of work.
o Replacement of ceiling foils.
o Falling ceiting tiles or any damage caused by normal re-roofing operations. . Any extra work witl only be completed when a change order is issued and agreed upon by the owner and the contractor.
. AlCWork or moving of any duct work.
o Electricalor plumbing work of any kind is excluded.
