Subject:Agreement with Tint Solutions, Inc. for Window Tinting Services Citywide Recommendation
Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Contractor Services Agreement with Tint Solutions, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $15,000.00 per Fiscal Year for a term of (3) years in such final form as approved by the City Attorney and authorize the City Manager to execute change orders not to exceed a 10% contingency of $1,500.00 for unanticipated costs.
Background
Tint Solutions has provided services to the City of Lake Elsinore for the past two years. Tint Solutions provides commercial and residential window tinting services, including solar control film, privacy film, security film, anti-graffiti film, turf guard window film, CoolVu transitional window film, and custom decorative frost film installation.
Discussion
Staff would like to continue with the much-needed services. This Agreement will provide window tinting services for the following locations:
•Emergency Operations Center
•Temporary City Hall
•Senior Center
Fiscal Impact
Funds are available in the City’s FY23-24 Annual Operating Budget.
