Discussion
The Investment Report lists all funds invested in the City of Lake Elsinore. It includes funds held for the Successor Agency of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lake Elsinore as of the date shown on the report. Additionally, the Investment Performance Review for the quarter ended September 30, 2023, is included.
