GENERAL CONDITIONS: Unless otherwise specified herein, NPG, Inc. specilically excludes from the performance of the service here quoted all: Traffic control, liabilities that may arise from job site. conditions outside lhe direct and exclusive control of NPG, Inc., surveying rnarklng, layout. saw culling, temporary patches. and job sile maintenance once our item of work is completed each workday. Upon completlon of the designated section of the work NPG, Inc. shall be rel ived of all liab!lity for the work and !he coniractor shall resume protection of the work, and insurance or indemnification provided by NPG, Inc. shall be limited to th s condition. NPG, Inc. shall not surrender any por1ion or percentage of extra work or force account mark-ups.
