Subject:Notice of Completion on Via De La Valle Landscape Improvement (CIP Project #Z10009)
Recommendation
Accept the improvements to the Via De La Valle Landscape Improvement Project (#Z10009) completed by Jon Gilmer Construction and authorize the City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion.
Background
The City Council approved a contract with Jon Gilmer Construction for the work specified as Via De La Valle Landscape Improvement Project (#Z10009). All of the work has been completed per the plans for this project. The City has received final billing and invoicing, and the contractor paid in full.
Discussion
This contractor has completed the corresponding scope of work for the subject project.
Fiscal Impact
Funding for this project was allocated under the City’s CIP budget.
