Subject:Amendment No. 1 to the Contractor Services Agreement with M & M Air Conditioning, Inc. for On-call Services
Recommendation
Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Contractor Services Agreement with M & M Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & Heating for Citywide Facilities Repairs and Services in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00 in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.
Background
M & M Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & Heating has provided services to the City of Lake Elsinore for the past year. The benefits of these Contractor Services include the following numerous advantages:

Discussion
Amendment No. 1 is being requested to incorporate additional services at the Community Center. Below is the additional scope of work:
Provide a scissor lift for access
•Install (4) new T8900 thermostats
•Install (4) new wall-mount sensors
•Install wire mold and boxes for sensors
•Install new low-voltage wiring for thermostats and sensors •Start-up and test equipment
Fiscal Impact
Funds are available in the City’s Fiscal Year 23-24 Annual Operating Budget.
