Subject:Notice of Completion on Roof & Window Replacement at Senior Center (CIP Project #Z20005)
Recommendation
Accept the improvements to the Senior Center Roof & Window Replacement Project (CIP #Z20005) completed by Owen James Construction Inc. and authorize the City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion.
Background
The City Council approved a contract with Owen James Construction for the work specified above. All of the work has been completed per the plans for this project. The City has received final billing and invoicing, and the contractor has been paid in full.
Discussion
This contractor has completed the corresponding scope of work for the subject project.
Fiscal Impact
Funding for this project was allocated under the City’s CIP budget.
