Re: Modification Request to TR28214-9 Conditions of Approval
Hello Remon,
At the November 14, 2023 City Council meeting it was agreed to extend Pulte’s conditions of approval #67 & #69 to November 14, 2025. Since this meeting, we have been diligently working to install traffic signals on Nichols Road and Lake Street as well as perform street improvements on the very same streets. We are very close to being completed in the next few months. In addition, because of the paces we are selling and building homes, I am hereby requesting to extend conditions of approval #64, #65, and #66 to be date certain December 31, 2024, instead of a particular building permit count. Below are captions of said current conditions from page 10 of our revised city approved Conditions of Approval for your review.
#64 –.Lake Street and Nichols Road ultimate intersection improvements shall be completed prior to the 125th building permit.
#65 – Nichols Road ultimate half-width improvements between Lake Street and Alberhill Ranch Road shall be completed prior to the 200th building permit.
#66 – Nichols Road ultimate half-width improvements between Alberhill Ranch Road and Terra Cotta Road shall be completed prior to the 100th building permit.
As you know, time is of the essence. Please confirm our above items can be scheduled for the May 14, 2024 City Council meeting.
