To all concerned,
Please note that myself and my family are in opposition of this proposed plan.
I believe that the tentative tract should not be allowed an extension of time, as they are just trying to avoid paying fees and resubmitting plans again. It seems extreme to request such a large extension.
Clearly, this is not a ideal location for the proposed plan. Nor, is it logical to place this type of development in the middle of a residential area, surrounded by elementary schools and a middle school.
