The Joint Special Meeting of the City Council and Planning Commission was called to order at 6:30 p.m.

Mayor Manos led the Pledge of Allegiance.
BUSINESS ITEM
1) General Plan Update – Land Use and Transportation Alternatives Joint City Council and Planning Commission Study Session
Discuss and provide direction to staff regarding the General Plan Update.
The City Council and Planning Commission discussed the General Plan and provided direction to staff.

ADJOURNMENT
At 8:21 p.m., the Lake Elsinore City Council adjourned to its next Regular meeting on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 in the Cultural Center located at 183 N. Main Street. Closed Session will commence at 5:00 p.m. or such later time as noticed on the Agenda, and the regular Open Session business meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m.; and the Lake Elsinore Planning Commission adjourned to its next Regular meeting on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 in the Cultural Center located at 183 N. Main Street at 6:00 p.m.
