This Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Contrador Seruices is made and entered into as of 6l6t2OZ3, by and behreen the Cfu of Lake Elsinore, a municipal corporation fCity), and Blue Triton Brands, lnc. (DBA ReadyRetesh), a corporation ('contractof).
RECITALS
A. The City and Contractor have entered into that certain Agreement for Contractor Seruices dated as oi anqnOZl, (the "Original Agreement'). Except as otherwise defined herein, all capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings set forth for such terms in the Original Agreement.
B. The OriginalAgreement provided for compensation to Contractor in an amount of Fiflry Thousand dollars ($6,000.00).
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and conditions set forth herein, City and Contrador agree as follortrs:
1. Section 3, Compensation, of the Original Agrcement is hereby amended to read in its entirety as follows:
Notwthstanding the foregoing, for purposes of Amendment No. 1, compensation io be paid to Contractor $d be in accordance with the Schedule of Charges set forth in Contractor's Proposal (referenced collectively as ExfriUn e-t Amendment No. 1). ln no event shall Contractoi's compensation related to Exhibit A-1 to Amendment No. 1 exceed Six Thousand Five Hundred dollars ($6'500'00) without additional written authorization from the City Council.
