Hello Remon,
Per our field discussion, please see the first attachment as MGI’s proposal $257,830.39 for your review in order to for us to draft a (cost sharing) co-op agreement for the Nichols Road street improvement/repairs.
The second attachment is a step by step process from #1 (current condition) to #4 (final improvement) from Alberhill Ranch Road on Nichols Road to Lake Street. It incorporates removing the damaged travel lane to base grade, installing a 4” base pave, constructing a leveling course, and capping the entire street. This will fix the damaged problem areas as well as bring the existing road up to 6” thickness.
The third attachment is our tra9ic control plan for your review/approval.
Our current schedule to begin the Lake Street final street improvements, to include the Alberhill Ranch Road/Lake Street intersection, is 7/16 – 7/18. If however, you are able to draft a co-op agreement and gain favor with Council prior to this date to share the total cost 50/50 I can move this date to 7/29 – 8/2 and include both Lake Street and Nichols Road together prior to school starting.
