Subject:Notice of Completion on Citywide Annual Asphalt Maintenance and Repair, New Installation Program, and On-Call Emergency Construction Services (CIP Project #Z10002)
Recommendation
Accept the improvements and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion with the County Recorder for Citywide Annual Asphalt Maintenance and Repair, New Installation Program, and On-Call Emergency Construction Services completed by NPG, Inc.
Background
The City Council approved a contract with NPG, Inc. for the work specified in the above reference.
All of the work has been completed per the plans for this project. The City has received final billing and invoicing, and the contractor has been paid in full.
Discussion
This contractor has completed the corresponding scope of work for the subject project.
Fiscal Impact
There is no fiscal impact.
