Subject:Notice of Completion for Installation of Lake Levee Solar Lights Recommendation
Accept the improvements and authorize the City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion for the Lake Levee Solar Lights installation completed by Lancet Contracting, Inc.
Background
The City Council approved a contract with Lancet Contracting, Inc. for the work specified in the above reference. All the work has been completed per plans for this project. The City has received final billing and invoicing, and the contractor has been paid in full.
Discussion
The contractor has completed the corresponding scope of work for the subject project.
Fiscal Impact
There is no fiscal impact.
