Subject:Purchase Order of Decomposed Granite (DG) with Tri-state Materials & Landscape Supplies and the Successor Agency of the Redevelopment Agency of the Agency of Lake Elsinore at Lake Elsinore Diamond Stadium Recommendation
Approve and Authorize the Executive Director to execute a Purchase Order with Tri-State Materials & Landscape Supplies for the purchase of Decomposed Granite (DG) for the Lake Elsinore Diamond Stadium landscaping in an amount not to exceed $105,378.57 (including tax) in such final form as approved by the Agency Attorney.
Background
The purchase of the decomposed granite (DG) from Tri-State Materials & Landscape Supplies for the Lake Elsinore Diamond Stadium’s landscaping will significantly enhance the stadium’s outdoor areas. This will provide a durable and visually appealing ground cover that complements the natural aesthetics of the environment. Discussion
Staff solicited three quotes from DG vendors for the purchase of Decomposed Granite for the Lake Elsinore Diamond Stadium landscaping. The amounts of each proposal are listed below:
