RE: AMENDMENT #1-Proposal for Additional Services for the Riverside Drive Apartments Project
Dear Mr. Serna,
Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. (“Kimley-Horn” or “Consultant”) has prepared this letter agreement (the “Agreement”) to the City of Lake Elsinore (“Cl ient”) for providing additional professional servic es related to the proposed Riverside Drive Apartments Project, as described below.
Scope of Work
TASK 1: Additional Technical Study Review
Kimley-Horn proposed to peer review the Air Quality , Greenhouse Gas, Energy, Noise, Biological Resources, Cultural Resources, and Phase I Environm ental Site Assessment Technical Studies for the Project. After initial review of the aforementione d documents, Kimley-Horn provided the City of Lake Elsinore with extensive comments on the Air Quality , Greenhouse Gas, Energy, Noise, and Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Technical Studies. I n response to our comments, the Project Applicant opted to have new studies prepared instead of updat ing the existing studies. This required Kimley-Horn to complete full reviews of the new technical studi es (Air Quality, Greenhouse Gas, Energy, Noise, and Phase I Environmental Site Assessment), which was not accounted for in our original scope of work. We had only scoped to complete an initial review and a final review of the same technical studies. Kimle y- Horn requests additional budget to cover the second full review of the Air Quality, Greenhouse Gas, Energy, Noise, and Phase I Environmental Site Assessment technical studies.

Fee Estimate
Kimley-Horn proposes to complete the above scope of work on a time and materials basis as follows:
Task 1: Additional Technical Study Peer Review $8 ,800 Total Fee $8,800
