Subject:Amendment No. 2 to Agreement with Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning for Citywide Facilities Repairs & Services
Recommendation
Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement with Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning and increase compensation by an additional $5,000.00 for a total amount not to exceed $45,000.00 in such final form approved by the City Attorney.
Background
Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning has provided air conditioning services to the City of Lake Elsinore for the past 3 years. Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning has provided emergency services to Fire Station #94, the Cultural Center, and various city facilities. Their availability for emergencies ensures that any heating or cooling issues are addressed by minimizing downtime.
Discussion
Amendment No. 2 is needed to cover invoice #11898 for $588.00. This adjustment is necessary to ensure that Citywide Facilities receive prompt emergency repairs and maintenance services through the end of the fiscal year.
Fiscal Impact
The funding is available in the FY2025-26 Annual Operating Budget.
