Subject:Change Order No. 1 to the Purchase Order of Decomposed Granite (DG) with Tri-State Materials & Landscape Supplies for the Lake Elsinore Diamond Stadium
Recommendation
Approve and authorize the Executive Director to execute Change Order No. 1 with Tri-State Materials & Landscape Supplies for additional Decomposed Granite (DG) in the amount of $2,400.00 in such final form as approved by the Agency Attorney.
Background
On January 28, 2025, the Successor Agency approved the Purchase Order of Decomposed Granite (DG) with Tri-State Materials & Landscape Supplies for the Lake Elsinore Diamond Stadium landscaping. This will provide a durable and visually appealing ground cover that complements the natural aesthetics of the environment. The benefits of using DG include improved drainage, reduced erosion, and minimal maintenance requirements, making it a sustainable choice for landscaping.
Discussion
This Change Order No. 1 requests an additional $2,400.00 to cover these unexpected costs associated with the additional DG supply.
Fiscal Impact
Funds are available in FY 2024-2025 with ROPS funding.
