SCOPE OF WORK
Low Voltage Wiring
All wiring will originate in the Server Room on level 2.
All cat cable will be cat6a plenum cable. All other cables will be plenum rated.
All wires will be labeled at the jack location and the termination location in the server room on level 2.
All wiring is prewired only. All locations will be trimmed according to the scope of work.
Network, Access Control, Racks, and Security hardware will be supplied by others.
Data
Each office will receive (2) data jack locations. Each data jack will include (2) cat6a plenum cable, .75-inch smurf tube the ceiling, steel back box, steel trim plate, white trim plate with a terminated cat6a insert.
Each cubical will receive (1) data jack location. Each data jack will include (2) cat6a plenum cable, .75-inch smurf tube the ceiling, steel back box, steel trim plate, white trim plate with a terminated cat6a insert.
Video
Nine offices and four conference rooms will include a TV jack. Each TV jack will include (1) RG6 QS plenum coax cable, (1) cat6a plenum cable,.75-inch smurf tube the ceiling, steel back box, steel trim plate, white trim plate with a terminated cat6a insert, and a F connector insert.
Access Points
Each access point will receive (1) data jack location. Each data jack will include (1) cat6a plenum cable, .75-inch smurf tube the ceiling, steel back box, steel trim plate, white trim plate with a terminated cat6a insert.
Access Control
Wiring for an access control system will be ran to all office doors, exterior doors, and elevator doors.
Each location will include (1) cat6a plenum cable, (1) 16/4 plenum cable, .75-inch smurf tube the ceiling, steel back box, steel trim plate, white trim plate with a terminated cat6a insert.
Fiber Connection
A 12 strand SM fiber will be run in smurf tube to connect the coms room to the server room on the second level.

Security
Wiring for a security system will include door/window contacts for all operable exterior doors/windows, motion detection for the main building area and offices with windows, panic buttons for the receptionist and security areas, and a siren/strobe for the exterior.
All wiring will be 22/4 plenum security wire.
Intercom
Wiring for an intercom system will be run to all office doors, exterior doors, and elevator doors.
Each location will include (1) cat6a plenum cable, .75-inch smurf tube, the ceiling, steel back box, steel trim plate.
Server Room
All cat6a cables will be terminated into a 48-port rack mounted patch panel. All ports will be labeled with a wire number or room location
Wire Tray
A wire tray system will be installed to provide a wiring path for the low voltage wiring. The wire tray will be ceiling mounted.
Equipment Installation-
Level 1
Conference Room-
A Q-Sys conference system and room scheduling touch screen will be installed.
The system will include a tabletop touch screen, speakers, ceiling mounted microphone, PTZ camera, amplifier, and Q-Sys processor.
The room scheduling touch screen will be installed outside of the room and will show room schedules, show if the room is in use with red or green light and will integrate with Microsoft teams for room scheduling.
Local AV rack to be supplied by others. Local Computer to be supplied by others.
Access Control-
A Kantech Access control system will be installed. The access control system will include access to 26 locations using smart card readers.
Includes basic licensing, additional licenses may be required based on existing software and user count.
Door lock hardware to be supplied by others.
Security Devices -
The security devices for level one will include (15) motion detectors, (8) hard wired panic buttons, (4) sirens and (2) security keypads.
Video Intercom-
Video intercoms (3) will be installed on select exterior doors.

Level 2
Conference Room-
A Q-Sys conference system and room scheduling touch screen will be installed.
The system will include a tabletop touch screen, speakers, ceiling mounted microphone, PTZ camera, amplifier, and Q-Sys processor.
The room scheduling touch screen will be installed outside of the room and will show room schedules, show if the room is in use with red or green light and will integrate with Microsoft teams for room scheduling.

A Honeywell security panel will be installed in the server room.
Server Room-
The server room will act as the MDF for all the systems in this proposal.
The current proposal does not include any equipment racks or network switches. These items are to be supplied and installed by others.
Level 3

Fiber Infrastructure-
24 strand fiber will be run from D-mark to server room. 6 strand fiber will be run from server room to coms rooms.
All fiber will be terminated in enclosures per proposal.
Fiber layout to be provided by others.
NOTES:
1) The proposal price encompasses all necessary project management, design/engineering, parts, and labor to successfully carry out the specified scope of work. Any alterations to the scope of work may result in additional charges for parts and labor. 2) We have made considerable efforts to provide an accurate proposal. However, unforeseen issues may arise that were not identified at the time of the proposal, such as obstructed wiring paths, inaccessible areas, or other accessibility challenges. Should this occur, we will promptly inform you of any necessary delays and/or change orders that may be required. 3) This scope of work expressly excludes any conduit installation that is not called out in the scope of work, drilling of steel beams or door frames, and any trenching activities. Should any of these tasks become necessary, a change order will be initiated to account for the additional materials and labor required.
Tariff Notice:
This proposal does not account for any escalation or price protection associated with the proposed new tariffs that may impact both foreign and domestic products. Any changes to material costs resulting directly or indirectly from these tariffs will be communicated to the customer and may lead to additional charges, scope of work changes, and equipment changes.
