These include the front office, chapel, music room, kitchen, and the pool restrooms and shower area.

Azteca Cleaning Services Page 5 This service will include: • Thorough cleaning and disinfec%on of desks, chairs, tables, restroom fixtures, and appliances • Trash removal and liner replacement throughout the common areas • Sani%zing and disinfec%ng of high-touch points such as door handles, light switches, handrails, and appliance handles • Dus%ng of all accessible surfaces • Vacuuming of carpeted areas and mopping of hard floor surfaces using commercial-grade disinfectants This rou%ne is designed to uphold a clean, safe, and hygienic environment, with a par%cular focus on high-traffic and shared-use spaces. Our deep cleaning service remains one of the most comprehensive and effec%ve solu%ons in the industry, me%culously designed to eliminate the toughest contaminants and soils. This service includes the use of EPA-approved an%microbial sani%zers that meet the latest CDC guidelines for comba%ng SARS-CoV-2, the virus responsible for COVID-19. While rou%ne cleaning with soap and water is now considered sufficient for most situa%ons, disinfec%on is s%ll recommended if there has been a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 case in the facility within the past 24 hours. Our deep cleaning and sani%za%on services encompass, but are not limited to, the following elements: • Complete deep cleaning and sani%zing using an%microbial agents approved by the EPA. • Removal and cleaning behind and underneath all furniture and items in the room, including cabinets, closets, appliances, and baseboards. • Thorough cleaning of all appliances both inside and out, including kitchen cabinets, racks, and shelves. • Cleaning of all interior walls, doors, and fixtures.

This process is performed in mul%ple rounds throughout the day to ensure con%nuous cleanliness. Spider-web removal and other minor maintenance tasks are included as part of these rounds.

Azteca Cleaning Services Page 6 • Full cleaning, sani%zing, and disinfec%ng of all opera%onal sta%ons, including the Gate House and Police Break Room, once or twice daily, with window cleaning as needed. • Weekly standard cleaning of the Community Hall every Monday, with flexibility for addi%onal cleaning upon request. • If opera%onal demands are light, crew members can seamlessly shii focus to other necessary tasks within the park at no addi%onal cost, as long as it remains within the scope of the 8-hour shii. 12hr ShiK to include: • Complete morning cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting of the Check-in Building and Laundry Room, focusing on high-touch areas, spider-web dusting, trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, and window cleaning. • Continuation of all services included in the 8-hour shift, ensuring thorough attention to detail. 16hr Shift to include: • All services provided in the 8-hours and 12-hour shifts • Extended coverage to ensure continuous and attention throughout the day Linen Laundry Services Azteca Cleaning Services will manage the complete laundering process for all linens used in rental units at the facility. This includes washing, disinfec%ng, trea%ng stains, and returning linens clean, folded, and ready for use.
