Subject:Agreement with Blue Triton Brands, Inc. (DBA ReadyRefresh) for Citywide Water Delivery Services
Recommendation
Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement with Triton Brands, Inc. (DBA ReadyRefresh) for water delivery services in an amount not to exceed $11,000.00 per Fiscal Year in such final form as approved by the City Attorney and authorize the City Manager to execute change orders not to exceed a 10% contingency of $1,100.00 for unanticipated costs.
Background
ReadyRefresh has been providing reliable water delivery services to City-owned facilities for the past five years, offering a range of products, including bottled water and water dispensers.
ReadyRefresh has consistently demonstrated reliability and effectiveness in meeting the City's water delivery needs. This ensures that staff and visitors have consistent and convenient access to drinking water.
Discussion
The agreement with ReadyRefresh ensures regular delivery schedules, providing water when needed and eliminating the hassle of purchasing and transporting it.
Fiscal Impact
Funds are budgeted for the FY25-26 Annual Operating Budget.
