Subject:Parcel Map No. 38614
Recommendation
1. Approve Parcel Map No. 38614 subject to the City Engineer’s acceptance as being true and correct, and authorize the City Clerk to sign the map and arrange for the recordation; and
2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Construction of Improvements Agreement with Lake Elsinore Plaza 2.
Background
The proposed Parcel Map No. 38614 is located at the south corner of Collier Avenue and Riverside Drive intersection. Parcel Map No. 38614 is a subdivision of an 8.46-acre site into four (4) parcels, one (1) remainder parcel, and two (2) lettered lots dedicated to the City for public street purposes.
Discussion
Per the Subdivision Map Act Section 66474.1, the parcel map has been reviewed, and it has been determined that it is in substantial conformance to the previously approved Tentative Parcel Map No. 38614. All Conditions of Approval relative to the parcel map approval have been completed.
Fiscal Impact
The security posted is sufficient for improvements. Staff time was utilized to prepare the documents.
