In conformance with and as part of the existing Agreement for this project the City of Lake Elsinore authorizes and directs changes to the Agreement as described below. 1) EXTRA WORK ORDER (EWO) (Unknown or Unforeseen Work not covered by Contract) a) Extra Work Item: Correct EVMWD design error to the new revised plans to accommodate the increased depth of two manholes to 25 feet.
•Pipe Grade and Alignment – Upgrade to DR18
•Manhole Depth – must be constructed deeper to adjust to the increased depth. •Coating Requirement change due to depth.
•Additional Excavation Volume and use of larger shoring equipment TOTAL Lump Sum = $432,246.00
2) CHANGED WORK ORDER (CWO) (Significant increases in quantity of Unit-Price items; greater than 25%):

i) Time impact is (+) 40 additional Working Days.
3) CLOSING SUMMARY ORDER (CSO) (Final adjustment of original estimated contract quantities based on final measured quantities):
