Subject:Agreement with Hemet Fence for the Removal/Replacement of Iron Fencing at Lake Elsinore Diamond Stadium
Recommendation
Approve and Authorize the Executive Director to execute Agreement with Hemet Fence for the removal/replacement of iron fencing at Lake Elsinore Diamond Stadium in an amount not to exceed $45,000.00 in such final form as approved by the Agency Attorney authorize the Executive Director to execute change orders not to exceed the 10% contingency amount of $4,500 for unanticipated costs.
Background
City staff observed that the fencing near the maintenance area was damaged due to corrosion, resulting in breaks in the posts and rust. This project aims to address these issues, enhancing both safety and appearance.
Discussion
This project involves the removal and replacement of 45 iron panels with Hemet Fence at Lake Elsinore Diamond Stadium. The new panels will include a widescreen designed to match the existing windscreen on the inside of the fence.

Fiscal Impact
Funds are available in Fiscal Year 2025-2026 with ROPS funding.
