Subject:Amendment No. 2 to Agreement with Tri-Star Electric in Support of City of Lake Elsinore Public Works Operations
Recommendation
Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement with Tri- Star Electric to increase compensation by an additional $5,951.00 for a total not to exceed $60,951.00 in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.
Background
Tri-Star Electric provides essential contractor services, including electrical maintenance/minor electrical installation, and repairs to maintain city amenities and efficiently construct low-cost minor projects.
Discussion
Amendment No. 2 is requested to provide additional funding to cover the removal and replacement of 7 1500-watt metal halide lamps at two sports fields, the rental of a lift for the project, the purchase of one ballast, and the acquisition of two spare 1500-watt lamps.
Fiscal Impact
Funds are available in the City’s FY 25-26 Public Works Operating Budget.
