CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE VIDEO PRODUCTION
The following is a proposal for a contract for on-call Video Production Services between John P . Hess DBA Creative Industries Media Group and the City of Lake Elsinore for purposes of video capture and archiving important events in the City of Lake Elsinore as well as providing city council video streaming support.
The term of the agreement will be for 3 fiscal years:
July 1, 2025, ending June 30, 2026
July 1, 2026, ending June 30, 2027
July 1, 2027, ending June 30, 2028
On-call video production services to be billed monthly based on the following hourly rates, not to exceed $70,000 per year.
Video Production Rates: $125/hr + 10% time and materials for on location video capture and drone videography
$100/hr + 10% time and materials for offsite editing
$300 per city council meeting to supply 2 video engineers to run live camera switching and video graphic support
Additional expenses such as crew and special equipment rental expenses will be itemized
Creative Industries Media Group will provide an invoice and schedule of the actual hours of service and expenses produced each month. The City of Lake Elsinore is only responsible or the actual hours and expenses incurred during the monthAll video captured and created are available for request for use by the City or designated parties.
