THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AMENDMENT (DA-2025-08) FOR PIPE DREAMZ LOCATED AT 31881 CORYDON ROAD, SUITE 160 AND 31875 CORYDON ROAD, SUITE 120 (APN: 370-051-031 AND 370-051-008).
Background/Discussion
At its Regular meeting on August 26, 2025, the City Council introduced by title only and waived further reading of the Ordinance.
