Recommendation
Accept the improvements and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion with the County Recorder for the Replacement of Flooring at the Neighborhood Center (CIP Project No.
Z20005) completed by Shaw Integrated & Turf Solutions, Inc.
Background
The City Council approved a contract with Shaw Integrated & Turf Solutions, Inc., for the work specified in the above reference. All of the work has been completed per the plans for this project.
The City has received final billing and invoicing, and the contractor has been paid in full.
Discussion
This contractor has completed the corresponding scope of work for the subject project.
Fiscal Impact
There is no fiscal impact.
