Subject:Notice of Completion for the Installation of Monuments & Baseballs at Lake Elsinore Diamond Stadium (CIP Project No. RDA Z20003)
Recommendation
Accept the improvements and authorize the Secretary to file the Notice of Completion with the County Recorder for the Installation of Monuments & Baseballs at Lake Elsinore Diamond Stadium (CIP Project No. RDA Z20003) completed by Cotter Construction, Inc.
Background
The Successor Agency approved a contract with Cotter Construction, Inc. for the work specified in the above reference. All of the work has been completed per the plans for this project. The Agency has received final billing and invoicing, and the contractor has been paid in full.
Discussion
This contractor has completed the corresponding scope of work for the subject project.

There is no fiscal impact.
