Roof Proposal
Scope of work: Cultural Center
Provide material and labor to install new Tropical Coating Roof system over existing roof.
• Remove existing sheet metal coping and dispose.
Power wash and prep roof to receive new coating.
Reseal pipes and install chem link sealant curbs as needed. •
Install three course application of mastic and reinforcement as needed to seal existing •
roof system at walls and curbs.
• Coat existing roof with Tropical Coating system that includes base coat and top coat. • Install new Babcock Davis 30x36 Roof Hatch with ladder-up post to facilitate roof access in a safe manner.
• Install new 2x nailer at top of parapet wall followed by a raised cleat and new 24 GA coping.
• Clean and haul all trash.
• Provide owner with Veirs Kluk Roofing 2 year Installer Warranty Total Base Bid (10) YR Manufacturer Warranty): $38,880
Total Base Bid (15) YR Manufacturer Warranty): S40,800
Total Base Bid (20) YR Manufacturer Warranty): S43,650
*Please note VK Roofing will provide our own portable restroom and hand wash station.
EXCLUSIONS: Roof demo, framing, carpentry, temporary roof, batt insulation, plumbing, HVAC, weekend work, permits and any work not specifically outlined above.
