YESCO will maintain and service the products) listed above according to the terms hereof, by furnishing the maintenance services listed below:
LED Lighting Coverages:
Replace wall washer fixtures
Replace defective 7500k and RBGW L.E.D. modules
Replace defective secondary side internal power supplies and wiring CONDITIONS AND EXCLUSIONS:
Does not include DMX decoders, receivers, controllers, or wired ethernet and or Wifi hardware. Existing primary power circuit to be reused. The agreement does not cover faces, painting, cleaning, breakers, contactors, main feed wires, photocells, time clocks, lenses, gaskets, or vandalism. All covered items must be brought to 100% before the commencement of the maintenance agreement.
OBSOLESCENCE CANCELATION:
If parts or materials necessary for repair or maintenance become unavailable or unusually difficult or expensive to obtain, or in the event, the goods or any components thereof are or become unusually difficult or unsafe to access, YESCO may cancel its repair and maintenance obligations and terminate your monthly maintenance payment, or with your approval, ratably reduce the monthly payment and exclude from this agreement the affected goods and/or components.

YESCO's Terms and Conditions, available at www.yesco.com/terms/standardtermsandconditions.pdf, are an integral part of this agreement and are incorporated by reference. City of Lake Elsinore acknowledges that it has accessed and reviewed the Standard Terms and Conditions. Upon acceptance by an authorized agent of YESCO LLC, this agreement becomes effective as of the last date signed below. This document is a complete integration and final expression of the agreement between the parties, and may not be amended, supplemented, or otherwise modified except by written agreement executed by authorized representatives of each.
