Estimates provided before a field inspection are preliminary and valid for 30 days or per manufacturer’s promotional deadlines. A signed Quote, Estimate, or Work Order serves as a construction contract. Our scope includes field measurements (unless provided by the customer), preparation of order specs, and coordination of material production.
Installation, if ordered, is a separate service. California Lien Law applies to all field work. Andy’s Glass is not liable for delays caused by manufacturers, strikes, labor disputes, or events beyond our control. Please review your order thoroughly. By signing, you confirm that the order is correct, authorize processing, and agree to the total price and all stated terms. All materials are custom-made. Cancellations, refunds, or credits are not permitted after an order is placed and the 3-day rescission has passed. Homeowners or General Contractors must obtain any required city, county, or association permits. Permit costs are not included unless specifically stated. Andy’s Glass is not responsible for breakage or cracking after installation is complete. In the event of a claim or dispute related to this quote or contract, the prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees, expert fees, and legal costs from the non-prevailing party.
Warranty: Labor is warranted for 1 year from the installation date. Materials are covered per the manufacturer’s written warranty. Insulated glass units carry a 2-year warranty against seal failure. Care and maintenance information is provided and also available on the manufacturer’s websites.
Payment Terms: All pricing reflects a cash/check discount. Credit card payments reverse this discount and will include a 3% processing fee. We accept the following payment methods: cash, check, all major credit cards ACH, and Zelle.
Zelle payments should be sent to [email protected], which is registered under our corporate entity, Miran Enterprises.

If you choose to submit a copy of the front of your check, please be advised that the payment will be processed as an ACH transaction.

By submitting a copy of your check to Andy’s Glass and Window you hereby authorize us to initiate a one-time ACH debit from the bank account identified on the check for the amount specified. You confirm that you are an authorized signer on the account and that sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction. This authorization serves in place of a physical check and shall be treated as if the original check had been presented for deposit.
Returned ACH Payments:
In the event that an ACH payment is returned or cannot be processed, a $20.00 return fee will be applied to this contract.
This fee is non-refundable and is in addition to any other applicable fees. By signing this contract, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and accept full responsibility for any fees associated with returned ACH payments. 3 of 3
