3. This bid assumes that City of Lake Elsinore will fu rnish the ceiling fan and decorative light fixtures.
4. This bid includes 1ph electrical load centers for Panel A11, 12, 13, 21, 22, 23, B11, 12, 21, 22, 23, 24, 31, 32 & 33
5. This bid includes 1hr fire rated domes for downligh ts (as noted on general sheet note 2 – E2.2)
6. This bid includes the use of Metal-Clad cabling for Feeders and Branch Circuits.
We are excluding the following:
1. Temporary lighting / power and /or Generator (if re quired)
2. Premium time labor
3. Special inspection fees
4. Work required to bring existing conditions into cur rent code compliance
5. Cutting, Patching and Repair of Drywall
6. Landscaping Repair
