NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore will be held on Friday, August 7, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., in the Lake Elsinore Cultural Center, 183 N.
Main Street, Lake Elsinore, California. The purpose of the Special Meeting is to discuss the following matters:
5. BUSINESS ITEM
5.1 Environmental Mitigation Strategies – Galvez Property Receive a presentation regarding mitigation strategies, including an overview of the regulatory framework governing the mitigation process, alternative mitigation strategies, the biological values of the Galvez Property, the proposed mitigation model, and examples of similar mitigation programs.
