The subject contracts are hereby amended to Incorporate this Addendum D ("Fourth Amendment") to contract ST055: Abtech StorTrustManaged Disaster RecoveryAgreement, as itemized below. All other terms and conditions of STO55 remain In force.
I. Tenn Extension
1. The oonttact tern shall be extended to terminate on July 31, 2024, unless earlier terminated as provided in the Master Customer Service Agreement.
II. Covered Systerns and Storage ..
1. The cloud storage allocation Is Increased from 14 to 20 Terabytes ( TB).
2. Thesupported Operating Systemsare updated to Windows Server 2012 R2 or later, and Red Hat Unux 6. 3 or later.
3. The number of Virtual Machines and virtual CPUs is Increased from 25 to 50.
III. Disaster Recovery Test
1. Disaster RecoveryTest, to be conducted annually at a mutually agreeable time, Is included.
Iv. cost
1. The cost of services will be $3,256 per month.
