Description of Amendment:
This Fifth Amendment modifies Contract ST055: Abtech StorTrust Managed Disaster Recovery Agreement (“Agreement”) as follows:
1. The contract term shall be extended to July 31, 2025.
2. Pricing is revised to be $3,140.00 monthly for a period of 12 months for a one-year total of $37,680.
3. The revised total not-to-exceed Agreement amount is $279,210.49 (two hundred seventy-nine thousand two hundred ten dollars and forty-nine cents).
